This sofa is super comfy! It easily converts into a bed or even a play area for kids – super practical.
The sitting feeling is relatively firm, which is what I want, and it won't collapse. I just received it a few days ago, and there is no strong smell.
The sponge has good rebound. The sofa is very beautiful and looks good. The fabric is also very wear-resistant, but it is not so stain-resistant. There is nothing we can do about this color. Fortunately, the sofa is detachable and washable. I also bought a replacement cloth cover, which is also very cost-effective. The sofa is very light and can be moved by myself.
The color and style of the sofa are very good. The softness and hardness are what I want when I sit on it. The material looks very high-end. When I received the goods, the quality issues were completely OK.

The couch came relatively quickly, easy to install, no bad smell (just a slight "new" smell), colour is absolutely beautiful in the sun and shade. The couch is very confortable.

So impressed with not only with the sofa but also the service. Delivery was completed exactly a month from the order date and any email query that I had was responded to within 12 hours . The sofa is perfect. Obviously I bought online without seeing in real life so was apprehensive about quality but it’s great ! I really love the sofa. It looks great, and the foam is the perfect density so that it is not too hard or sinky. Also, I love making it into a bed, super comfy. I super recommend this. The only thing is that the delivery in the UK was dealt by parcel force and I had absolutely no updates about it. Also, the first time they attempted to deliver I was home but I am 100% sure no one came to my place. Also, it is nearly impossible to get to talk to a employee in parcel force. I would recommended changing the UK delivery company if possible.
I've just moved out on my own for the first time, and I wanted something flexible, good quality, and nice to look at – this ticks all the boxes. I haven’t used it as a bed yet, but as a sofa, it’s super comfortable to sit on. The compression technology is brilliant – it popped into shape within moments, and by the next day it had fully expanded and looked even better. It took 24 days to arrive in total, but considering the production time, the fact I ordered from the UK, and some minor delays, I still think it was worth the wait. Sofas made to order usually take much longer. For reference, I got the 180cm size – it fits two adults and a child comfortably. I’m so, so happy with my purchase, and everyone who’s seen it loves it too. I've only had it for just over a week so far, but I think it looks and feels like good quality. Thank you!

Good communication throughout postal process, called by delivery service upon drop off. Softer material, foam is comfortable but not too soft that it dips or sags, very happy with how many different shapes and versions of it I can make

Was a bit skeptical given that the sofa is a fair bit cheaper than the competition. However, customer services confirmed that it’s the same spec in terms of the foam and covers so gave it a shot. Pleasantly surprised! Really happy with the sofa. Was shipped fast and they sent a video of it being packed up and sent. It arrived through Royal Mail covered in hundreds of Chinese stamps which was fun! Recommended.
